FREE SHIPPING

At Glacia Cold Water Therapy, we offer free delivery, setup, and installation across Hong Kong. Once your order has been placed, one of our team will contact you to arrange delivery and installation at your convenience.

PRE-ORDERS

Delivery windows for pre-order items are approximate and rely on our suppliers' prompt stock receipt. In rare cases, suppliers may experience delays beyond their control, resulting in late or partial stock deliveries. We will contact you to arrange an alternate date and time if this occurs.

If you encounter any delays, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns within the initial 30-day period, we are happy to cover the cost of return shipping for faulty goods across Hong Kong. However, if you choose to return an unused product due to a change of mind, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
